For over 20 years, Jodi Woffington has led creative organizations and teams to innovative, world-class results. Her experiences range from distressed businesses to global company leadership. Presently, Jodi is the CEO of Fortitude Consulting. She works as “C-Suite on loan” to help companies manage business challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and drive growth. She works with a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups.
Professional Honors
Jodi was named by the Cincinnati Business Courier to the influential class of business and community leaders of 40 under 40. She was also honored as a Woman to Watch in Cincinnati’s business community. Additionally, her agency was named as one of the Top 25 Best Places to Work in America for 5 consecutive years.
Community Involvement
Giving back to her community is a lifelong value of Jodi's. Jodi sat on the Board of Directors for Artswave for nearly a decade while chairing the Marketing Committee and on the Grants Making committee. She also served on Downtown Cincinnati, Inc. and Findlay Market Board of Directors.
In Wyoming, Jodi was a member of the Board for Wyoming Youth Services and led the Marketing Committee for fundraising. Jodi has also been an active Parent Volunteer for the Wyoming Parent School Association and for the Wyoming Lacrosse Club.
City Council Tenure
In early 2022 a vacated City Council seat became available and Jodi interviewed for the position. The current City Council selected Jodi to fill the position and Jodi was sworn in to duty. During her tenure Jodi has been involved with several commissions including Public Safety, Law and Urban Forestry and Beautificaiton. Jodi has spearheaded several initiatives, most notably Jodi championed the Village Green rehabilitation, leading the sub-committee for fundraising and marketing.
